Current release scope: Resly currently focuses on AI search, web chat, WhatsApp/Messenger beta, and structured case handoff. Voice, telephony, calendars, and booking are not part of this release.

How the Current Meter Works

  • Each inbound customer message to the AI counts as 1 message
  • AI responses do not count
  • Tool executions do not count separately
  • Case creation, routing, and handoff are not separately metered in this phase
  • Both chat and search requests are included in the current meter

Example: If a customer sends 5 messages in one conversation, that is 5 messages counted toward the current meter.

Resly is positioned around inbound conversations and routed work, but the live self-serve meter is still customer messages during this phase.

Self-serve upgrades from the billing tab:

  1. Navigate to Admin → Account → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro or Contact Sales for Enterprise
  3. Complete checkout
  4. Subscription activates immediately
  5. New limits apply instantly

Proration: Upgrading mid-month credits your unused time toward the new plan.


Downgrade or Cancel

Change or cancel anytime:

  • Downgrade from the billing tab (effective next billing cycle)
  • Cancel anytime with no long-term contracts
  • Data export available before canceling
  • Keep data even after canceling (can reactivate later)

No lock-in: Month-to-month billing with no long-term commitment required.


Enterprise Features

Enterprise engagements are tailored to each customer. Typical add-ons include:

  • Higher current-meter allocations
  • Security questionnaires + architecture reviews
  • Shared Slack/Teams channel and scheduled check-ins
  • Help scoping custom connectors or workflows
  • Optional SLAs or contract terms negotiated separately (formal certifications such as SOC 2/HIPAA are not yet available)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes to Pro are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my current meter?

Search and web chat pause until next month or you upgrade. We surface warnings in the billing tab as you approach the cap.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. Sign up, add knowledge, and start testing immediately. Only add payment when upgrading to Pro.

Can I get more customer messages without going to Enterprise?

Yes. Contact sales for custom plans between Pro and Enterprise. We can create a plan that fits your volume.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for any plan. Pay only the monthly subscription.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20%. Contact sales or select annual billing during checkout.
