For chat interactions, Resly can move beyond simple answers:

Actions and handoff activity are logged for review in the Analyze tab.
7. Operator Handoff
If the AI cannot fully resolve the request or the customer asks for a human, Resly creates a structured case and hands it off with context.
Current release scope focuses on AI search, web chat, WhatsApp/Messenger beta, and signed webhook handoff. Voice, telephony, calendars, and booking are not part of this release.
